All authors who submitted abstracts will be contacted with the final decision by Friday, February 6 2004.

Presenters are highly encouraged to present their slides using a Microsoft Powerpoint format. A CD copy of your presentation should be brought to the Conference and be loaded in the computer that will be provided for you. You are welcome to bring your own computer and present from it, but having a CD copy will expedite the transition between presenters and standardize the presentations’ format.

The 41st Space Congress, sponsored by the Canaveral Council of Technical Societies, will be held in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This event will start on Tuesday April 27 and will end on Friday April 30, 2004.

This congress is a gathering together of a significant portion of the aerospace community to discuss the status and future of space activities around the world.

The theme for this year's Congress is:

"DETERMINATION: MEETING TODAY'S CHALLENGES,
ENABLING TOMORROW'S VISION"


Panel sessions and paper presentations will address how the combined efforts of the Scientific, Commercial, Military and Educational communities contributed in the past, and will in the future, to the growth of knowledge and understanding of space and to the well being of humankind around the world.
