  1. All Files must be saved in PDF or MICROSOFT WORD 6.0 or higher.
  2. Graphics, photos, charts can be imbedded (placed or inserted into the document)
  3. Authors must submit a head and shoulders picture and a short biography
  4. Use Type Font: Times or Times New Roman
  5. Use single tab for paragraph indention.
  6. Use Single Column format only
  7. HEADINGS/TITLES - 16pt bold, upper and lower case (not all caps)
    1. Sub Titles - 12pt bold, upper and lower case (not all caps )
    2. Body text - 11pt regular, SINGLE SPACED
  8. Page Size: 8 ½ X 11 with 1 inch margins all around (top, bottom and sides)
    • Limit page number to 8 pages per paper.
